Juicy Oven Baked Chicken Breast Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6-8 oz each)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika (smoked or sweet)
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease a baking dish.
2. Prepare the Chicken:
- Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Brush both sides of each chicken breast with the seasoning mixture. Drizzle with lemon juice if using.
3. Bake:
- Place chicken on the baking sheet or in the dish.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). For extra juiciness, let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
