Miniature Pizza


Ingredients:

- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup pepperoni slices (or toppings of choice: mushrooms, bell peppers, olives)
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Servings:

- Makes 8 miniature pizzas

Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven:
   - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Prepare Dough:
   - Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles. Place on the baking sheet. Lightly brush with olive oil.

3. Assemble Pizzas:
   - Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on each triangle. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
   - Top with mozzarella cheese and desired toppings (e.g., pepperoni).

4. Bake:
   - Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the dough is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.

5. Serve:
   - Let cool slightly, then serve warm.

Notes:

- Customize with your favorite toppings like sausage or pineapple.
- For a crispier base, bake dough for 5 minutes before adding toppings.
